Peter Siddall

Peter Siddall is the Chairman of Siddall & Company. His recent international consulting assignments include: strategy review and implementation (Europe); post-merger cultural audits (Germany/US); management team assessments and transitions; group vision and values; developing global functions and networks; sharing learning and good practice (global); improving innovation process (Europe). He has worked in over 20 countries in such sectors as: manufacturing, engineering, distribution, financial services, information systems, oil gas and chemicals, construction and mining. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultancy and lectures on organisation and change.

He was part-time Chairman of Churchill China plc for eight years, followed by seven years as part-time Chairman of Horticulture Research International, the UK's premier institution for horticultural research (Defra). Originally qualified as a chartered accountant, he has served as finance director in both food and construction companies. Formerly he was a director of Coopers & Lybrand management consultants in South Africa.
